Thank you for your order with our small, independent company.
As stated on the website, all our velvet products are hand made to order for despatch within 4 weeks, using the highest quality upholstery grade cotton pile velvet. This is our busiest time of year but we achieved our delivery times.
With our complete cushions, we overfill them with very high quality cushion pads in order for them to look really plump and luxurious. In order to make your cushion cover look its' luxurious best I would recommend using a cushion pad a size larger than the cushion cover. So fill your 40cm x 40cm cushion cover with a 45cm x 45cm cushion pad. This will keep it nice and plump and the fabric will be taut, allowing the light to really bounce off the velvet.

My cushion is beautifully made and the colours are just what was advertised. Very happy with it and with customer service.

They are the final part of my home and help to create the wonderful look and feeling . They are the pop in my fizz .
