Shipping policy

We offer Free UK Shipping on all cushion and cushion cover orders.

We aim to despatch all orders for delivery within 4 weeks from the date of order. This can take longer during busy times such as Christmas.  The velvet fabric is woven in small batches in a mill in the north of England.  Occasionally we may experience a delay in the supply of fabric.  We will inform you immediately if there is going to be any delay with your order.

We send UK parcels by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked other than draught excluders which are sent via Evri tracked.

Sample orders are posted within 2 working days with Royal Mail at the cost of £1.29 for a large letter.

For all International deliveries we aim to despatch orders within 4 weeks from the date the order is placed.  If there is any delay to this despatch time we will email you immediately.

All international delivery charges are calculated on the parcel weight and are automatically calculated at check out. 

Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties or customs charges levied at your country's border.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please contact helen@luxe39.com so that we can investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

As soon as your cushions are collected for delivery we will email you with tracking details.

We currently manufacture all cushions in Clapham, London SW4.  If you would prefer to collect your order please contact helen@luxe39.com.
