Dark Chocolate velvet cushions, in a sumptuous rich brown shade, add warmth, luxury and depth to beds, sofas and chairs. Dark brown interiors create a sense of grounded comfort and sophisticated intimacy and continue to be a strong trend in interior design with a return to dark wood and character-filled spaces. The grounding energy of deep brown means it pairs beautifully with other earth and natural shades, such as Gold Ochre, Burnt Orange, Olive Green and Sage Green. Another classic pairing is with Champagne, a beautiful cream colour, creating a soft monochrome scheme. Balance with blues for a sense of serenity, or contrast with the berry shades of Burgundy, Plum or Bright Pink for a truly inviting interior scheme.

Every cushion is made to order in our London studio in a choice of 9 sizes and finished with a matching or contrasting zip. The sumptuous high pile British cotton velvet we use in all our products is particularly beautiful in Dark Chocolate, with the texture catching the light throughout the day. All Luxe 39 products are made in our London studio from the highest quality upholstery grade cotton pile velvet with overall composition 87% cotton 13% modal

Cushion pads: Anti-dust mite 100% cotton, filled with white duck feather or microfibre for a vegan option

Care Instructions

Our luxury velvet cushions and covers are very hard wearing and long lasting when cared for as below:

Cleaning: Dry clean only

Day-to-day maintenance: brush gently with a soft clothes brush or velvet brush to gently restore the pile

Spillages: Blot immediately with a lint-free cloth. Do not rub as this can disrupt the fabric pile

Storing: If used seasonally, remove the pad from the cushion cover and store the covers flat in a dust free environment
